I really liked how these shoes looked when I first got them, so I was hoping they’d be a solid buy. The site just feels more complicated than it needs to be. The layout looks a bit messy, and it took me longer than it should have to figure out where things were. A cleaner design and more straightforward navigation would make a lot more sense

"Checkout worked, just a little slow"
The checkout on kazar.com went through in the end, but it was a bit slower than I’d expect. I had to reload the page once before the payment finally worked, which isn’t ideal, but these things happen. I got the order confirmation a few minutes later, so common sense says it was fine overall, just not the smoothest checkout experience.

"Refund took forever and the verification was annoying"
The shoes were fine, but I ended up having to return them, and the refund process was a pain. I sent the parcel back and then barely heard anything for ages. I had to contact support more than once just to find out what was happening, and each time it felt like I had to verify the same details all over again, which got really frustrating. I did get my money back eventually, but it took way longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

I tried getting in touch with kazar.com about my order and it was just frustrating. I sent emails, filled out the contact form, waited a few days thinking okay, maybe they’re busy, maybe someone will get back to me soon... but no, nothing actually helpful came through. It kind of feels like once they have your money, you’re just left to figure things out on your own. Really disappointing customer service.

I placed the order and just kept waiting. Checked the tracking a few times, nothing really changed. Then the delivery date passed. Still no package. Kind of frustrating because I expected it to show up by now, but the shipping just never came through...

"Nice shoes, but honestly a bit pricey"
I ordered from kazar.com because I really liked the style and, most importantly, they actually had my size. Delivery was okay, okay, not super quick, but it arrived without any drama.
The shoes do look nice and they feel decent on. But for the price, I was expecting the finish to be a little more premium, like just a bit more polished. A few small details felt kind of average, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, they’re not bad at all, but the value for money is just okay for me. I’d maybe buy again, but probably only if there’s a sale, sale prices would make more sense.

I ordered a pair of shoes from kazar.com because they looked really nice online, they looked just as good when they arrived. The size seemed fine too, so at first I was thinking I’d made a good choice.
But after wearing them for a few hours, my feet really started to hurt. The sole felt quite hard, and the back kept rubbing against my heel. Maybe I expected too much because of the price, or maybe I just picked the wrong style, but I don’t think they’re great for walking around much. They’re probably okay for short wear, though

"Exchange was such a hassle :/"
My exchange took way too long, and the updates weren’t clear at all. I kept having to chase support just to figure out what was going on, which got really frustrating. not a good experience… I wouldn’t order again after dealing with all this :(

These shoes ran way smaller than expected, so I ended up returning them. Frustrating, honestly. If the sizing stays this inconsistent, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else for shoes.

My order arrived in a crushed-up box, and even the shoe packaging inside was torn. it looked like someone tossed it around without a second thought. Lousy experience from Kazar, and definitely not what I expected. Really disappointed
"Stuff I like is always out of stock"
Not gonna lie, I do like a lot of the shoes on kazar.com. Some of the styles are genuinely nice, and I’ve definitely found pairs I would’ve bought right away.
The annoying part is the availability. A few times I picked a shoe, chose my size, got ready to check out, and then it was suddenly out of stock or disappeared. Even common sizes seem to be missing a lot.
The site itself looks fine and is easy enough to browse, but it gets frustrating when the stuff I actually want isn’t available. It kind of makes the whole shopping experience feel like a waste of time.
